Speeding Shoppers beware

But Carmarthen Shoppers must be faster than most - quite what speed limit applies in a pedestrianised zone I don't know, but it does appear the pedestrians in Carmarthen's Town Centre keep ignoring the speed limit. Or so I assume ....

What other explanation would there be for a speed camara van being in Guildhall Square (a pedestrianised zone) on the 12th December 2007? Maybe they were expecting for the Reliance Van which can be seen in the background to make a quick getaway? I don't know the anwser.

It is quite possible that the crew of the van had to make an appearance at a court hearing .... possibly to give evidence against a speeding motorist. If that is the case, then they did this while their own vehicle was parked illegally just outside the court offices.
